Happy New Year Everyone!
If you’re still burping up little gaseous reminders of the estimated 45 party pies you consumed on New Year’s Eve, anything too energetic is out of the question. So rip those reindeer antlers off the dog, crawl out from under the wrapping paper and give some thought to your New Year’s resolutions. The ones designed to transform us into new and improved specimens of humanity … at least until January 3.
No need to give up everything that feels good, tastes good, or gets you out of bed. Limit yourself to pledges you know you can keep like saying no to skinny jeans, fake tans and celebrity reality TV. With those victories under your belt early in the year, you can work towards bigger things like calling your mum more often or going 2 minutes without using your mobile phone. Imagine!
